Employee Partnership Capabilities Survey

General Information

The survey is designed to get your opinions on various factors that are indicators of the current level of employee partnership and engagement and the level you believe is needed to achieve and sustain high performance.

The survey results provide information on capabilities that are likely to implement your ability to be successful in your work and help your company improve performance.

To propose and thrive in today’s continually changing marketplace an organization needs to continually implement improvements.

The level of partnership and engagement of employees has a major influence on its ability to change, and thus improve performance and the quality of working life.

The capabilities assessed in the survey are teamwork, change readiness, systems thinking, customer focus, and leadership.

In the survey, the word “workers” refers to organizational members that are not in management positions, and the term “employees” means all company employees, including supervisors and other managers of the company.
